Are Viking Culinary products dishwasher safe?
While many of our stainless steel products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap to preserve the finish and performance of your cookware and cutlery over time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do you offer a warranty on your cookware?
Yes, Viking Culinary products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, overheating, or normal wear and tear.
