Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
